SHIPPING POLICY
Moon Studio Wear is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. Moon Studio Wear proudly offers shipping services. We do everything within our control to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that holidays, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, and other external factors may impact delivery times.
1. SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 4–10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We do our best to process orders quickly, so there is only a small window to make changes.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information are subject to a restocking fee, determined at our discretion.
4. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Moon Studio Wear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once an order has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
If tracking information confirms that a package has been delivered to the address provided but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly and report the issue to your local authorities if necessary.
5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
Moon Studio Wear accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unopened, unused, unworn, and in original condition.
6. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
In the event that an item is out of stock, Moon Studio Wear will wait until all items in your order are available before dispatching, unless otherwise communicated.
7. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their destination country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and must be settled upon arrival.
8. ACCEPTANCE
